We would like to inform the membership that effective October 1, 2022, the notice of past due
assessment & support/fee will be increased from $10 to $30. Please note that the description of the fee has been renamed from “Late Charge Letter” to “Notice of Past Due Assessment” to clarify its purpose.

The Board has approved to pass the fee on to the late-paying homeowner in lieu of the cost being borne solely by the Association. The delinquency policy will be updated on October 1, 2022.
