The Board of Directors meetings are normally held on the third (3rd) Monday of every other month with Executive Session beginning at 7:00 pm and General Session beginning at 7:30 p.m. and are held at the Keystone Pacific Temecula Office, 41593 Winchester Road #113, Temecula, CA 92590.

• Executive starts at 7:00 p.m.
• General Session starts at 7:30 p.m.

The Annual Meeting is held every year in April.
